In the UK, more than 500 people with diabetes die prematurely every week and diabetes is found in nearly one third of people who die with COVID-19.

Completely free for participants, the ‘Healthier You’ programme offers education and personalised actions plans to help them significantly reduce their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
